Fal Conde was a Galician-Spanish journalist, war correspondent, and politician from Spain. He held several positions in the Spanish government, including director-general of the Instituto de Cultura Hispánica and president of the Spanish Radio and Television Corporation. He was also a member of the Spanish Royal Academy of Sciences.
