Answer
Apollonia was the meeting place between Agrippa and Octavian. Agrippa, a loyal supporter of Octavian, joined him in Apollonia after Octavian fled Rome following Caesar's assassination. Together, they planned their next move, which ultimately led to the formation of the Second Triumvirate and the eventual rise of Octavian to power as the first Roman emperor, Augustus.
