Roberto Arias was the husband of English ballerina Margot Fonteyn. Arias was a Guatemalan diplomat, and he and Fonteyn met in 1952 while she was on tour in Guatemala. They married in 1955 and had two sons together, Patrick and Christopher. Arias died in 1990.
