Brigham Paul Doane, known by his stage name Masada, was an American musician, singer, and songwriter. He was best known as the lead singer and guitarist of the rock band The Beach Boys, which he joined in 1961. Doane's stage name, Masada, was inspired by the ancient Jewish fortress of the same name.
