The Open Balkan is a proposed free trade zone in the Western Balkans, comprising Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia. It is named after the Four Freedoms speech by United States President Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1941, which called for freedom of speech, freedom of worship, freedom from want, and freedom from fear.
