Matt Cassel is a quarterback who played college football for the University of Southern California Trojans. He started for the Trojans from 2001 to 2004, and was a two-time All-Pac-10 selection. He also won the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award as the nation's top senior quarterback in 2004. After graduating from USC, Cassel was drafted by the New England Patriots in the seventh round of the 2005 NFL Draft.
