Michael Shawn Rotunda (born March 2, 1958), known professionally as Mike Rotunda, is an American retired professional wrestler and promoter. He is best known for his appearances with World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE) and World Championship Wrestling (WCW) under the ring names IRS and Irwin R. Schyster. He is also the father of former professional wrestlers Bray Wyatt, Bo Dallas, and JoJo Offerman.
