Munir Ahmad Khan was a Pakistani nuclear physicist who played a key role in the country's nuclear weapons program. He was the first director of the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) and oversaw the development of Pakistan's first nuclear weapon, which was tested in 1998.
