Musa al-Kazim is known by the title of al-Kazim, which means "the patient". He was the seventh of the Twelve Imams of Shia Islam, and is considered by Shia Muslims to be the fifth of the five "perfect imams". He is also considered to be one of the greatest of the Shia imams, and is known for his piety and for his work to spread the message of Islam.
