Answer
Narain Karthikeyan is known for being the first Indian driver in Formula 1. He made his debut in the 2005 British Grand Prix, driving for Jordan. He raced for Jordan again in 2006, and then for HRT in 2010. He did not score any points in Formula 1, but he is still considered to be a pioneering figure in Indian motorsport.
