Neil Harris replaced Steve Lomas as manager of Millwall in December 2014. Lomas had been in charge for two years, but was sacked after a run of poor results. Harris was a former player for the club and had been assistant manager under Lomas. He led Millwall to promotion to the Championship in his first season in charge.
