Nolan Ryan ended his career with the Texas Rangers. He played for them for 21 seasons, from 1972 to 1993. He is considered one of the greatest pitchers of all time, and he holds many MLB records, including most career strikeouts (5,714), most career no-hitters (7), and most career shutouts (61). He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1999.
