Steve Carlton is the second most walked pitcher in major league history. He had 2,986 walks in his career, 509 behind Nolan Ryan's record of 3,497. Carlton is also the only pitcher in major league history to have more than 4,000 strikeouts and 2,000 walks. He was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1994.
