Norodom Ranariddh was born on January 2, 1944. He is a Cambodian politician who served as the First Prime Minister of Cambodia from 1993 to 1997. He is the son of King Norodom Sihanouk and Queen Sisowath Kossamak. Ranariddh studied law and political science in France and returned to Cambodia in 1979 after the fall of the Khmer Rouge regime.
