The 1992 apartheid referendum was a nationwide vote held in South Africa on 17 March 1992 to determine whether to continue with negotiations to end apartheid or not. It was initiated by F. The result was a victory for the "No" side, with 68.73% of votes cast in favour of continuing negotiations with the African National Congress, thereby putting an end to apartheid.
