After his departure from Iron Maiden in 1981, Paul Di'Anno joined the new wave of British heavy metal band Gogmagog. The band released their debut album, "I Will Be There," in 1982, featuring Di'Anno's distinctive vocals. Despite gaining some recognition in the UK underground scene, Gogmagog disbanded in 1985, and Di'Anno went on to pursue other musical projects.
