Paul Leroy was born in 1860 in France. He was a lawyer and politician who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies from 1906 to 1924. He was also the Minister of the Interior from 1919 to 1920. Leroy was a member of the Radical Party and was a supporter of the French Third Republic. He was also a strong advocate for secularism and social reform.
