Answer
Philip IV of Spain's first wife was Maria Luisa of Savoy, the daughter of Victor Amadeus II of Sardinia and Anna Maria of Orleans. They were married in 1729 and had two children, a daughter who died in infancy and a son, Charles III of Spain. Maria Luisa died in 1731 at the age of 24, and Philip IV married Elizabeth Farnese of Parma in 1734.
