PSV was the club that Cocu joined after leaving Barcelona. He played for PSV from 1998 to 2004, winning three Eredivisie titles and two KNVB Cups. Cocu also captained the team and was named Dutch Footballer of the Year in 1999. After leaving PSV, Cocu played for AZ Alkmaar and Al-Jazira before retiring in 2008.
