Ray Reardon, born in 1932, is a Welsh former professional snooker player and one of the most successful players in the history of the sport. He was the first player to win the World Snooker Championship six times, and he won a record 18 Triple Crown titles. Reardon was inducted into the Snooker Hall of Fame in 1989.
