Rex Ryan coached the Bills for two years, from 2015 to 2016. He was hired after the Bills went 9-7 in 2014, but the team struggled under his leadership, going 8-8 in 2015 and 7-9 in 2016. Ryan was fired after the 2016 season and was replaced by Sean McDermott.
