Richard Meier is an American architect who is known for his minimalist and modernist style. He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in architecture in 1957. Meier has designed a number of notable buildings, including the Getty Center in Los Angeles, the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art, and the High Museum of Art in Atlanta. He has received numerous awards for his work, including the Pritzker Prize in 1984.
