The answer is STS-42 Discovery. Roberta Bondar, the first Canadian woman to go to space, flew aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery on mission STS-42 in January 1992. STS-42 was a seven-day mission during which the crew performed experiments in the fields of microgravity, remote sensing, and space medicine.
