Mary of Guise's first husband was Louis II d'Orléans, the Duke of Longueville. They married in 1534, but Louis died less than a year later. Mary of Guise went on to marry James V of Scotland in 1538, and they had two children together, including her daughter, Mary, Queen of Scots.
