Ruy Ramos is a Brazilian-born Japanese professional football player and coach. He was born in Brazil on 31 May 1962 with the full name of Ruy Gonçalves Ramos Sobrinho. He obtained Japanese citizenship in 1994 and changed his name to Ruy Ramos. He played for the Japan national football team from 1995 to 2000 and scored 14 goals in 30 appearances.
