Answer

Edward the Exile was the father of Saint Margaret of Scotland. Edward was the son of Edmund Ironside, King of England, and was forced into exile after the Norman Conquest in 1066. He sought refuge in Hungary, where he married Agatha, the sister of King Andrew I. Margaret was born in Hungary around 1045 and was later canonized as a saint for her piety and charitable works.
