Besides teaching, Weor was also active in forming groups for Universal Gnosticism. He believed that the best way to spread the teachings of Gnosticism was to create small groups of people who could meet regularly and discuss the teachings. These groups would then be able to spread the teachings to their friends and family, and the movement would grow.
