Samuel William "Sammy" Mandell (February 5, 1904 – July 15, 1986) was an American professional football player. He played as a guard for the Pittsburgh Pirates and Philadelphia Eagles in the National Football League (NFL) from 1925 to 1931. He was the first NFL player to play in three consecutive Pro Bowls, and he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1968.
