Sean McVay, the current head coach of the Los Angeles Rams, has not held a coaching position outside of the Rams organization throughout his coaching career. McVay started as an offensive assistant with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2008 and subsequently served as an assistant coach for Washington Redskins and the Oakland Raiders before joining the Rams in 2017 as an offensive coordinator.
