Answer
Bel-ibni was a vassal king in Babylonia during Sennacherib's reign. He was appointed by Sennacherib in 702 BC, after the fall of Babylon to the Assyrians. Bel-ibni was a loyal vassal to Sennacherib, and he helped the Assyrians to conquer other cities in Babylonia. However, Bel-ibni was not popular with the Babylonian people, and he was eventually overthrown by Merodach-baladan in 700 BC.
