Answer
On July 12, 2021, the Supreme Court of Nepal ordered the reinstatement of Sher Bahadur Deuba as the Prime Minister of Nepal for the fifth time. This decision was made after the court found that the dissolution of the House of Representatives by the previous Prime Minister, K.P. Sharma Oli, was unconstitutional. Deuba had previously served as Prime Minister four times between 1995 and 2017.
