Smiley is a Romanian pop-rap singer, songwriter, and actor. He is best known for his collaborations with fellow Romanian artists Alex Velea, and Connect-R. Smiley was a member of the Romanian hip hop group Simplu from 2002 to 2008, and released four studio albums with the group. After leaving Simplu, Smiley began a solo career in 2008, and has released six studio albums as a solo artist.
