Answer
The answer is once. Soraya Esfandiari Bakhtiari, the second and last queen of Iran, was married only once, to Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi, the Shah of Iran, in 1951. Their marriage lasted for seven years, until 1958, when they divorced due to Soraya's inability to produce an heir to the throne.
