Born in 1874, Talaat Pasha was a prominent figure in the Ottoman Empire during the early 20th century. He served as the Minister of the Interior from 1913 to 1918, and played a central role in the Ottoman government's decision to enter World War I on the side of the Central Powers. Pasha was also a key figure in the implementation of the Armenian Genocide during this period.
