Owen Coyle's last club as a player was St Johnstone. He played for the club from 1986 to 1993, making over 300 appearances and scoring over 50 goals. He also captained the team during his time there. After retiring from playing, Coyle moved into coaching and management. He has managed a number of clubs, including Burnley, Bolton Wanderers and Wigan Athletic.
