Theodore II, also called Theodore Lascaris, was the emperor of Nicaea from 1254 to 1258, succeeding his father, John III Doukas Vatatzes. He had at least five children: three sons, John IV, Theodore, and Constantine, and two daughters, Maria and Irene.
