Tomás Domínguez Arévalo was the 6th Count of Rodezno, a title granted to him by King Alfonso XIII in 1921. He was a Spanish politician and diplomat who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs during the Second Spanish Republic and as President of the Cortes during the Francoist dictatorship.
