Tomás Domínguez Arévalo, the 12th Marquis of San Martin, was a Spanish aristocrat and politician. He held the title of Marquis of San Martin, which is a hereditary title of nobility in Spain. The title was created in 1754 by King Ferdinand VI of Spain and has been held by the Domínguez Arévalo family ever since.
