Tommy Chong is a Canadian actor, comedian, writer, producer and director. He is best known for his roles as the drug dealer Chong in the 1978 film Up in Smoke, and as Leo on the sitcom That'70s Show. Chong's comedy career began in the 1960s, when he performed with his friend Cheech Marin at open mic nights in Vancouver.
