Welles Crowther was an equities trader. He worked for Cantor Fitzgerald, a large financial services firm, on the 105th floor of the North Tower of the World Trade Center. Crowther was a devoted volunteer firefighter, and he was on his way to the firehouse when the first plane hit the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
