The Zhengde Emperor, also known for his temple name Wuzong, was the 11th emperor of the Ming dynasty in China, reigning from 1505 to 1521. Despite his childlike behavior and lack of interest in state affairs, he had numerous accomplishments during his reign, including the military conquest of the Mongols and the restoration of the Great Wall.
