The answer is abuse of power. Mykola Azarov, the former Prime Minister of Ukraine, is accused of abuse of power and corruption during his tenure from 2010 to 2014. He allegedly used his position to enrich himself and his associates, and to suppress political opposition. As a result, he was placed on the international wanted list by Ukraine in July 2014, with cooperation from Interpol.
