Answer
The Dallas Texans became the Kansas City Chiefs in 1963. The Texans were one of the original eight teams in the American Football League (AFL) when it was founded in 1960. After three seasons in Dallas, the team moved to Kansas City and was renamed the Chiefs. The Chiefs have since won three Super Bowls, in 1970, 2020, and 2023.
