Boris Tadić was a journalist before he became president of Serbia. He was the editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Blic" from 1990 to 1992, and he was also the editor-in-chief of the magazine "Vreme" from 1992 to 1993. After that, he became a politician and was elected president of Serbia in 2004. He served as president until 2012.
