Son. Godfrey IV, Count of Bouillon, also known as Godfrey of Bouillon, was the son of Eustace II, Count of Boulogne. He was a prominent leader of the First Crusade and became the first ruler of the Kingdom of Jerusalem, reigning from 1099 until his death in 1100.
