A. C. Cuza was a Romanian nationalist politician who was a co-founder of the National-Christian Defense League (LANC) with Corneliu Zelea Codreanu. The LANC was a precursor to the Iron Guard, a fascist movement which Codreanu led. Cuza was a staunch anti-Semite and a proponent of the Romanianization of ethnic minorities in Romania. He was also a proponent of a Christian social order.
