Kyle Anderson was named State Player of the Year in his senior year of high school. He played for the St. Anthony High School Friars in Jersey City, New Jersey. He averaged 22.1 points, 10.9 rebounds, 7.7 assists, and 4.7 steals per game in his senior year. He was also named to the McDonald's All-American team and the Parade All-American team. Anderson went on to play college basketball at UCLA.
