Heike Drechsler was born in 1964 in Gera, East Germany. She is a former German track and field athlete who won medals in the long jump at the 1988 Summer Olympics, the 1992 Summer Olympics, the 1996 Summer Olympics, and the 2000 Summer Olympics. She is the only person to have won the long jump at four consecutive Olympic Games.
