Ane was the mother of Pontoppidan. Pontoppidan was a Danish-Norwegian writer and bishop who won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1917. He is best known for his novel "Lykke-Per" (Lucky Per), which tells the story of a young man's search for happiness and fulfillment.
