Hiroshi Nanami ended his playing career with Jubilo Iwata. He joined the club in 1998 and spent five seasons there, winning the J1 League title in 1999 and 2002. Nanami was a key player for Iwata, scoring 51 goals in 154 appearances for the club. He retired from professional football in 2003 at the age of 35.
